Naomi "Nikki" Smith, 50, passed away at St. Bernards Medical Center on August 6, 2026. She was born on August 19, 1975, to the late Horace and Naomi Smith. The youngest of the Smith kids, Nikki held a unique place in local history from the very beginning as the first baby born at the clinic in Parkin, Arkansas; a fitting start for someone who was always truly special.

Nikki was preceded in death by her parents, Horace and Naomi Smith; her sister, Gina; and her brother, Eddie.
She is survived by her daughter, Annabeth; her three sisters, Kim Randolph of Keiser, Arkansas, Tonya Moore (Michael) of Tyronza, Arkansas, and Dina Smith of Searcy, Arkansas; her brother, JR Smith of Wynne, Arkansas; as well as her loving nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
