Jerlean Beatrice Boyland-Cupp

Jerlean Beatrice Boyland-Cupp, 68, of Paragould formerly of Brinkley passed away on Monday December 16, 2024, at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House at St. Bernard's.

Jerlean was born on July 24, 1956, in Fargo, Arkansas to Curtis Turnage and Elizabeth Pendelton-Turnage.

Jerlean attended Brinkley Public Schools and obtained her GED from East Arkansas Community College in 1992.

Jerlean accepted Christ at an early age and became a lifelong member of the Union Baptist Church in Fargo, Arkansas.

Jerlean was united in holy matrimony to Scott Cupp on February 14, 2012.

"Bebe" as she was affectionately known was a dedicated and devoted homemaker, wife, mother, and grandmother.

Her maternal grandmother Aletha Canady: her parents Curtis and Elizabeth Turnage, her brother; Jessie Turnage; her sisters: Cordelia Lee, Lois "LoLo" Turnage, and Leberthia "Bert" Turnage, her niece: Frances Lee and her nephew Cyrus Lee, all proceeded Jerlean in death.

Her survivors are: husband Scott Cupp of Paragould, AR; three sons: Raymond Cordell Smith of Brinkley, AR, Ashford Terill Boyland "Meatloaf" of Paragould, AR, and Grandville Grant Boyland "Pookey" of Horn Lake, MS; one daughter: Serena L. Chambers "Madea" of Crowley, TX; nine grandchildren: Tiara, Treavon, Kierrica, Kail Jr., Markaila, Talaysia, Darius, Keelan, and Victor; nine great grandchildren: Micah, Kasen, Ny'lah J., Zain, Baylee, Cantrell, Nyeisha, Janyia and Baby Eden; two brothers: John (Mary) Turnage of Fargo, AR and Zachary (Verna) Turnage of West Helena, AR; four sisters: Lucille Turnage of Los Angeles, CA, Albessa Jean (James) Hudson of Brinkley, Daisy Mae (Leroy Sr.) Lowe of Jonesboro, AR, and Olga Carillo "The Warden" of Dallas, TX and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27 from 6 PM-8PM at CJ Williams Funeral Directors and Cremations, 124 S Main St in Brinkley. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 28, at 11:00 AM at St Paul Full Gospel Church, 409 N Emmons Ave in Brinkley with Bishop Norman Timmerman serving as the eulogist.
