Jacqueline Baltimore

Jacqueline "Jackie" Baltimore, age 76, of Little Rock, passed away on Saturday, May 2 at her home in Little Rock following a brief illness.

Jacqueline was born on June 23, 1949, in Biscoe, Arkansas to John Allen Jr. and Charlie B. Pinkney-Allen. Affectionately known as "Jackie" to her family and friends, she received her formal education in the Biscoe and DeValls Bluff school systems. She was a proud member of the 1967 graduating class of DeValls Bluff High School.

Jacqueline accepted Christ at an early age and became a member of St. Paul Missionary Church in Biscoe, where she remained faithful until her marriage and move to Little Rock. Upon relocating, she joined Greater Christ Temple Pentecostal Church and maintained her membership there for more than fifty years.

On September 24, 1971, Jacqueline was united in holy matrimony to Raymond Baltimore in Biscoe.

Jacqueline worked as a Food Service Child Nutritionist for the Little Rock School District for more than twelve years before retiring. In 2023, she became a homemaker.

Jacqueline was preceded in death by her parents, John Allen and Charlie B. Allen, and siblings John D. Allen, Jimmy Allen, Wallace Allen, Perry Allen, and Billie Jean Allen.

She is survived by her husband of fifty-five years, Raymond Baltimore Sr. of Little Rock, Arkansas; son, Raymond (Jennifer) Baltimore Jr. of Jacksonville, Arkansas; daughter, Michelle (Roberto) Hererra of Mabelvale, Arkansas; grandchildren, Jaqueline Laelle (Andre) Baltimore of Chicago, Illinois, Roberto Herrera II and Kaya Patrice Woodson both of Mabelvale, Arkansas, and Danielle Kacy Baltimore of Jacksonville, Arkansas; brothers, Joffera Allen of Mabelvale, Arkansas and Chales Allen of Biscoe, Arkansas; sister, Arlene (Roy) Roland of Little Rock, Arkansas; two sisters-in-law, Opal Allen of Biscoe, Arkansas and Ola Mae Allen of Little Rock, Arkansas; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 16 at Arkansas Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 8507 AR-161 in North Little Rock. Pastor Jerry Warren will serve as the eulogist.
