Hazel Lee McMillian

Hazel Lee McMillian, 73 of Brinkley, passed away on Sunday, October 11 at her daughter's home in Cordova, Tennessee.

Hazel was born January 22, 1953 in Oakland, Mississippi to Clem Carter and Inez Armstrong.

Hazel attended the Brinkley Public Schools. She attended Marian Anderson High School and was a 1971 graduate of Brinkley High School.

Hazel was a longtime member of Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church in Brinkley, where she was a member of the Usher Board.

Hazel worked as a Certified Nurse Assistant for more than 30 years at Cl-Clif Nursing and Rehab Center in Brinkley before retiring.

Her parents: Clem Carter and Inez Daniels; and her brother Zachary Jones all preceded Hazel in death.

Survivors are two sons: Tommy Frost and James Frost both of Forrest City, AR; three daughters: Jacqueline Frost of McCrory, AR; Latarsha McMillian of Forrest City, AR and Jennifer McMillian of Cordova, TN; her grandchildren: DeAngelo Frost, Rico Frost, Whitney Frost, Antwan Frost all of McCrory, AR; Kayo Pearson and Kamisha Pearson both of Forrest City, AR; Dre-Lon Brown, Rancy North Jr., Viola Frost and Tomioya Frost all of Jonesboro, AR; Tommie Frost Jr., and Taheem Frost both of Marion, AR; 23 great grandchildren; a sister Mary Harris of Brinkley, AR; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 24 at 3:00 PM at St. Paul Full Gospel Church, 409 North Emmons Avenue in Brinkley. Interment will take place at Macedonia Cemetery in Fargo by C.J.
